In the event of a voluntary itinerary change the 'Upgrade Yourself' product is non-transferable and non-refundable.Changes are permitted from the same country of origin only and all travel must be completed within one year of the original date of purchase.Cancellation or failure to use individual flight segments on a ticket constitutes a change and fees and fare difference may apply depending on the fare purchased.Note that there is no refund/travel credit of the difference in fare should the new fare be of lower value than that of the original fare, or if a fare of lower value becomes available subsequent to purchase.Changes may be subject to a change fee plus fare difference depending on the fare type purchased.Changes can be made up to two hours before the scheduled departure time, after which all money associated with the flight (with the exception of Government tax) is forfeited.Please be aware that if you also purchased travel extras directly from Aer Lingus these are not automatically transferred to your new booking and must be rebooked. However if your booking includes partner airline connections, or was made with our Reservations Team, please contact us in order to make the required changes.
